Installation

We specialize in a quick, 'no headaches' installation. 

 

We deliver and set the furnace, install piping, heat exchangers, thermostat etc., fill the furnace with water, light the first fire and give thorough orientation. When we leave you can be confident your furnace is working properly and we stand behind the whole installation.

 

In order to keep our install labor cost to an absolute minimum, we ask you to have the ditch ready before we arrive. An open ditch allows us to usually do the entire install in one day. Our experience has been that digging in a hurry is not a good idea! Call Miss Utility (811) and dig carefully.

 

For your safety we do outdoor installations only. Due to the greatly increased liability (wood or other flammable items placed too near the furnace) no installations will be done on units inside a shed or building. We recommend a wood shed beside the furnace, not over it.

 

We install within a 100 mile radius of Floyd, VA.  If you are outside our area, check our contact page to find a local Heatmaster SS dealer.

These prices are for one furnace installed under the following conditions.

  • Customer is responsible for the ditch from where the furnace is set to where the furnace's underground lines enter the house.

  • This price is for one water heater and one air handler or boiler.

  • This price is for customers within 100 miles of Floyd, VA, additional mileage extra.

  • Includes 100' insulated pipe, additional pipe $7.50/ foot.

  • This price is to an existing house, new houses under construction are quoted individually depending on trips made to jobsite.
